Akim Peter Garang is an accomplished humanitarian and development professional with over 15 years of progressive experience in programme management, community development, peacebuilding, governance, protection, data management, and institutional capacity strengthening. He holds a Bachelor of Development Studies (Social Sciences) from Ndejje University, Uganda, complemented by a Diploma in Computer Applications, providing him with a strong combination of development expertise and digital information management skills. Throughout his career, Akim has worked with respected national and international organisations, including INTERSOS, Winrock International, Village Wings Foundation, AMREF Health Africa (CDC Project), ZOA Dorcas, and partnerships with CARE International and local government institutions. His work has focused on delivering sustainable humanitarian and development interventions that strengthen community resilience, promote social cohesion, protect vulnerable populations, and improve livelihoods across South Sudan. Akim has led and supported programmes in peacebuilding, conflict mitigation, governance, protection, Gender-Based Violence (GBV) prevention, child protection, community engagement, social therapy, livelihoods, monitoring, planning and budgeting, data management, and organisational leadership. Atuany Nathaniel Manyiel serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Operations at Integrated Humanitarian and Development Action (IHADA), where he provides strategic leadership and oversight for the organization’s operational systems, institutional performance, and administrative functions. He works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Management Team to ensure that IHADA delivers accountable, efficient, and high-quality humanitarian and development programmes across South Sudan. With extensive experience in governance, peacebuilding, public administration, and institutional coordination, Atuany brings a strong record of leading multi-stakeholder initiatives, strengthening organizational systems, and fostering collaboration among government institutions, United Nations agencies, development partners, civil society organizations, and local communities. He holds a Master of Arts in Economics and Policy Analysis and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Juba. David Loro Alex serves as the Head of Procurement and Logistics at the Integrated Humanitarian and Development Action (IHADA), where he provides strategic leadership in procurement, logistics, supply chain management, fleet and asset management, warehouse operations, and operational support. He is responsible for ensuring that IHADA’s procurement and logistics systems are efficient, transparent, accountable, and fully compliant with organisational policies, donor regulations, and international humanitarian standards. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics and Demography from the University of Juba and combines analytical expertise with practical experience in administration, operations management, and logistics coordination. His academic background strengthens his ability to support evidence-based planning, procurement forecasting, inventory management, operational reporting, and organisational decision-making. Before joining IHADA, David served as an Office Assistant and Compound Supervisor/Manager at ARC Resources Cooperation Ltd (Kabu Crusher), where he managed administrative operations, coordinated facilities and site logistics, supervised daily operations, and ensured efficient workflow management. He also completed professional training in Information Technology and Office Administration and undertook an internship with the State Ministry of Finance and Public Service, gaining valuable experience in public financial administration and government procedures. Arok John Mayen serves as Director of IT and Digital Systems at IHADA, where he leads the design, development, and management of the organisation's digital infrastructure, information management systems, and technology-enabled humanitarian solutions. He is responsible for building and maintaining the integrated digital platforms that support IHADA's humanitarian programmes, financial management, MEAL data management, and organisational operations across South Sudan. With a strong background in software engineering and full-stack web development, Arok brings a hands-on approach to digital transformation in the humanitarian sector. Dr. Aring Elijah Malual is the Head of the Health and Nutrition Department at the Integrated Humanitarian and Development Action (IHADA). In this role, he brings both strategic insight and technical expertise to the table, guiding the design, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive health and nutrition programs. He spearheads efforts to enhance access to quality primary healthcare, maternal, newborn, and child health services, nutrition, disease prevention and control, health systems strengthening, and emergency medical responses. His focus is on ensuring that all interventions are grounded in evidence, centered around community needs, and in line with both national and international humanitarian standards. Dr. Aring earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Juba, along with a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Public Health from the Juba Institute of Health Sciences. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Food Security from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana and is passionate about advancing sustainable food systems, nutrition security, and community resilience through evidence-based humanitarian and development interventions. Ms. Ayii combines academic knowledge with practical industry experience. She successfully completed a three-month internship at Nestlé Ghana Company Limited, where she gained valuable exposure to food quality assurance, food safety standards, quality control processes, and modern food production systems. This experience strengthened her understanding of international food industry practices and reinforced her commitment to promoting safe, nutritious, and sustainable food systems. Michael Ajak Akuei Aruei is the Director of Human Resources and Administration at Integrated Humanitarian and Development Action (IHADA), where he leads the organization’s human resource management, administration, organizational development, staff welfare, and institutional strengthening functions. He supports the development of effective human resource systems, policies, and administrative processes that promote professionalism, accountability, and operational excellence across the organization. Santino Magut Bol is a humanitarian and development professional with experience in project coordination, community engagement, stakeholder liaison, monitoring and evaluation (MEAL), and programme implementation. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Bahr el Ghazal and has worked with national civil society organizations supporting community development, outreach, and evidence-based programming. As WASH Manager at IHADA, he provides managerial leadership for Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) programmes, coordinating project planning, implementation, community engagement, partner collaboration, monitoring, and reporting.
