Operational Quality

MEAL & Accountability Framework

IHADA is committed to delivering measurable, transparent, and accountable humanitarian and development programmes through a comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Framework. Our systems generate reliable evidence, strengthen decision-making, ensure compliance with donor requirements, and maximise sustainable outcomes for the communities we serve.

Our Operational Quality Framework Includes:
Results-Based Management (RBM)

Programme design, implementation, and reporting are guided by measurable indicators, logical frameworks, and theories of change.

Continuous Monitoring

Routine field monitoring tracks activities, outputs, budgets, timelines, and programme quality against approved work plans.

Performance Measurement

Regular monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using digital data collection and verification systems.

Independent Evaluations

Baseline, mid-term, final, and impact evaluations are conducted internally and, where appropriate, by independent external evaluators.

Data Quality Assurance (DQA)

Standard procedures ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, integrity, and confidentiality.

Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP)

Communities participate in programme planning and decision-making through accessible feedback and complaints mechanisms, including confidential reporting channels and suggestion boxes.
